Double feed. Issue

So this is a rifle that I built myself and it was working fine and after I fired a hunt couple hundred rounds through it, it started double feeding. I'm guessing it's an overcast or under gas issue but why would that just happen out of the blue if it was working fine and then now it's not any help would be appreciated.
